The title challenge got down to the last match of the season between NFC and TRK. Going into the match, NFC had 1-point lead over TRK. TRK scored first in the 25th minute through Owen; but the lead lasted only 9 minutes as NFC hit back though a penalty kick taken by Ronaldo. After the half-time break, TRK quickly got back to lead through a free kick by Figo. Forlan scored again for TRK to make the score 3-1 in the 79th minue. With time passing by, and with it the chance of winning the title, NFC did make a final burst and scored through a free kick by Chivu on 89th minute. But TRK held on...and held on well for the winning trophy. |

Simply no turning point throughout the season. It was a start-to-finish lead for Havelocks FC culminating in the title win, with the positions being swapped only for the next-best team. |

With the last week of matches left (2 matches per team), HHT led the table with 36 points followed by HAV and SLS with 34 points each. The last week had some really interesting matches: C28 vs HAV, HHT vs SLS, and HAV vs HHT. HAV lost against C28 leaving them at 34 points. On the other hand SLS held HHT for a draw at Deadswamp leaving them 2 points adrift the leaders with one match to go.The last round of matches began with HAV beating HHT at home catapulting themselves to the top of the table with 37 point. But then SLS easily beat KTM at home to reach 38 points and thus win the title.HHT who led for most part of the season had to contend as third. |

Once again it was Havelocks marauding one opposition after another-both in the league and the cup. Surprisingly, C28-a team with average players and defensive tactics-stayed in Havelocks trail throughout the season both in the league and the cup. However overtly defensive tactics and some poor choices at key stages of the season meant Havelocks ended up with an unprecedented double. This was also the season when Rusty expanded to 18 teams playing over two divisions. Abercrombie United managed by Paritosh Giri won the second division. |

In a season that saw as many as 5 teams at the top of the league table at different stages of the season, HAV made an unexpected climb to the top of the table and retained the title with strong perfomances in the last two weeks of the league while the rest of the teams battled it out against each other amidst surprizing results and divided attention due to alive CUP campaigns for some top teams. Easily the best season so far. With the title, Rohit Kr Jha (previosly of Fire Buster) answered lot of early criticism directed towards him and showed that HAV were good enough to win even under a new manager. |

Having floundered only in the last week the previous season and with a host of super-stars in the team, SBK finally looked ready for league domination and title. And success in the newly introduced PreSeason Cup meant they were well on their course. But ABR and their manager Paritosh surprised one and all with consistent performances and some good trades throughout the season emerging as Rusty League champion in just their second season in the top flight. On a bitter note, the final of Stainless Steel Cup had to be cancelled after both the finalists failed to "show up". |

Lega Arrugginito [Beta Season] This season saw a massive overhaul including that of the league format, game-play and the website with the use of new simulation engine. Fourteen real life Seria A teams were managed by fourteen of our own managers for a demo season comprising of a single leg of league matches. At the end of a turbulent season in which many features needed to be tweaked & fine tuned and many game-play rules needed to be understood & misunderstood as we went along, Mohit and his Inter Milan team ended on top. Too bad, these matches and the league title were never supposed to be counted to the official records. Even worse, the project got shelved and we got back to the good, old rusty league. |

Rusty League got expanded to its largest iteration yet with two divisions of ten teams each. Promotion and relegation were once again back with four automatic and four through playoffs. Competition, thus, was fierce for different finishing positions. But then Dhiraj and SLS long-balled their way to a double, winning both the league and the cup convincingly. At the other end, defending league champions ABR get relegated. What roller-coaster for them so far. |

Same format: 20 teams, 2 divisions, 4 promotions/relegations. Same result: SLS maraud their way to a successful title defense making Dhiraj the first manager to achieve the feat. On a "hugely" different note, SBK finally converts firepower to goals and with it promise to success winning their first major title. They thump their bitter rivals ABR 5-1 in the final of the Stainless Steel Cup showing glimpse of dominance they are capable of. |

A stripped down version of the league with no frills, no divisions and no cups. However, both SLS and longball were as dominant as ever, completing a third straight league title. On a little side note, the commissioner and his team sat out of the league for the season. It remains unknown if that stemmed from fatigue due to all those defending they had to do, both against the longball and a flailing club reputation. |
